Here we demonstrate how an existing office layout can be adapted to work within the new normal. By making small changes to the layout and creating more social distancing, bringing people back into the office perhaps a few days per week whilst other staff work from home can be a way to reinvigorate your office space. We are social animals and by re-poplulating modified offices, people can feel part of a greater whole within their organisation rather than simply working off the kitchen table and using zoom to interact via the computer screen.
